In Max Weber's "The Ethics of Protestantism and the Spirit of Capitalism," published in 1905, the author points out that the "predestination" advocated by religious reformers led to the idea of "calling" ("vocation") and played an ethos role in the development of capitalism.

In recent years, many companies have set up a "mission".
At the time of a job interview, it is considered convenient to answer, "I agree with the mission," whether true or false, about the company's "mission.
That is because the company considers "Is it suitable for a member of the team that carries out the mission?"

However, I can't sympathize with many of them.
This is because "work" was only a means for me to "earn money" = "make a living.
Then, for me, I thought about "what is a calling?"
I created this album along with thinking about it.
